Quality

Raw Material and all process material of specified quality used in production are analyzed for all incoming materials in Store dept. 100% inspection of pattern in process in ensured. Mould hardness are dimension test practice.
Before charging raw material is weighed for each change in cupola furnace Operation.
Test Bar is drawn for graded Castings, Instruments for. Temperature measurement. All quality records are maintained. All Castings are thoroughly inspected for required quality parameters before Dispatch.
